I use a big Pyrex bowl to bake ...What a great idea! I use a big Pyrex bowl to bake my bread under (just pacing the bowl over the dough on a baking tray). The bread cooks really well - it lifts it up to the shape of the bowl. I remove it after 30 mins and cook for another 15 to make the crust crisp.
